Alumni Welcome Page

Dear Mufti Saheb and beloved student,

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu

It is my fervent wish and duā that Allāh Ta’ālā grant you peace in life and barakah in your knowledge. Amīn.

I cherish the days when we bonded at the Darul Iftaa during the various theoretical discourses of Iftaa and deliberations on various Fatāwā. This healthy academic interaction made us review our opinions and appreciate each other.

As a Mufti, you are now with people on grass root levels. While your insight in Iftaa and Fatāwā have been broadened due to such interaction, you may be facing some academic challenges and cherish the days of the Darul Iftaa when many heads applied their minds on one issue to offer a solution.

Alhamdulillāh, this forum is dedicated solely for the students of the Darul Iftaa to continue that academic consultation and thereby increasing our bond with each other for the pleasure of Allāh.

While I do experience the pain of separation from my beloved students, the following Hadīth consoles me:

سَبْعَةٌ يُظِلُّهُمُ اللَّهُ فِي ظِلِّهِ، يَوْمَ لاَ ظِلَّ إِلَّا ظِلُّهُ:...وَرَجُلاَنِ تَحَابَّا فِي اللَّهِ اجْتَمَعَا عَلَيْهِ وَتَفَرَّقَا عَلَيْهِ

I make duā the pain of our separation is rewarded with a place under the Arsh of Allāh. Amīn.
